1.What are the main processes of Kaiping processing?
Loading: Load the galvanized coils onto the kaiping line safely and accurately.
Leading and threading: Leading the head of the steel coil into the production line.
Straightening and leveling - core link: eliminating the plastic bending and wave shape generated when the steel coil is curled to obtain flat plates.
Cut to length: Cutting the continuously moving strip into the required fixed length.
Stacking output: The cut plates are neatly stacked.
Packing and storage: Use steel or plastic strapping to bundle the stacks and cover the surface with protective film or labels to prevent scratches and moisture. Finally, use a forklift to transport the stacks to the warehouse.

2.What are the main equipment of a standard Kaiping line?
Loading trolley: Assists in raising the coil to the uncoiler height.
Uncoiler: Carries and secures the coil.
Pinch leveler: Provides initial leveling and guides the strip.
Leveler: Core leveling equipment, typically with 7, 9, or 11 rollers. The more rollers, the better the leveling effect.
Feeder: Accurately transports the strip.
Shearing machine: Cuts to length.
Conveyor roller conveyor & stacker: Conveys and stacks finished products.
Electrical control system: The brains of the entire production line, responsible for setting parameters (length, number of sheets, speed, etc.) and controlling operations.

3.How to pay attention to surface protection during operation?
Equipment Condition: All rollers that come into contact with the strip (such as idlers and straightening rollers) must be clean, smooth, and free of rust and hard objects.
Operators: Operators must wear clean gloves to prevent corrosion from sweat and scratches from hard objects.
Threading: Avoid dragging the steel plate on the ground or equipment during threading.

4.What are the key considerations in operation?
Equipment Parameter Adjustment
Tension Control: Maintain appropriate tension between the uncoiler and the feed mechanism. Too little tension can cause the strip to deviate; too much tension can cause the sheet to stretch, deform, or even damage the surface.
Straightening Roller Adjustment: Accurately adjust the straightening roller's pressure according to the sheet thickness and material. Too loose adjustment will result in poor leveling; too tight adjustment will cause roller marks on the sheet surface, damaging the zinc coating.
Speed Matching: Ensure that the speeds of the uncoiling, straightening, feeding, and shearing stages are synchronized to prevent relative sliding and scratching of the sheet surface.
Quality Control Points
Flatness: Inspect the finished sheet for defects such as warping, edge waves, and center waves.
Dimensional Accuracy: Regularly check the length, width, and diagonal deviation of the finished sheet to ensure they are within tolerance.
Surface Quality: Inspect the sheet surface for scratches, roller marks, indentations, or zinc layer loss.
Burrs: Inspect the size of burrs on the sheared edges. Improper adjustment of blade sharpness and clearance will produce excessive burrs, affecting subsequent use and safety.
5.What is the form of the product after Kaiping?
Longitudinal slitting and flattening: A wide coil is first slit lengthwise into several narrow strips using a circular shear, which are then flattened individually. This is used when a specific width is required.
Crosscutting and flattening: This is the standard process described above, but with only the crosscutting performed, resulting in a rectangular sheet.
