3.What effect does using sandwich panels have on temperature?

The higher the density of the sandwich layer (such as polyurethane density ≥ 40kg/m³), the more stable the thermal insulation.

4.How to choose coating?

Choose a light-colored high-reflective coating that can reflect more than 50% of solar radiation heat, which is 3-5℃ cooler than a dark-colored coating.
Install a sunshade, sunshade net or photovoltaic panel on the outside to block direct sunlight from the surface of the color steel plate and reduce heat absorption from the source.

 

5.What is the key to temperature control in color steel plate sun room?

Increase ventilation design: Open an openable skylight on the top (such as an electric smoke exhaust window) to exhaust hot air based on the principle of hot air rising, reducing the indoor temperature by 5-8℃.
Install sliding windows or blinds on the side to form air convection and accelerate heat dissipation.
