It can withstand medium-complexity stamping (such as stretching and flanging), reduce the risk of cracking, and the hardening index (n value) is ≥0.18, ensuring deformation uniformity; the plastic strain ratio (r value) is ≥1.4, which is suitable for shallow and deep drawing processes
The cold rolling process ensures a smooth surface (Ra≤0.8μm), which can be directly sprayed and electroplated
Compared with deep drawing grade SPCD/DC04, the price is about 5%~10% lower.
