SGCC is a hot-dip galvanized steel in the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS G3302, which is widely used in home appliances, construction and general industrial fields.
The surface of SGCC galvanized steel has zinc flowers (the size can be controlled). The zinc layer is made by hot-dip galvanizing. The steel plate is immersed in molten zinc liquid (about 450°C) to form a zinc-iron alloy layer. The zinc layer will be thicker and more corrosion-resistant than electroplating galvanizing, and the cost is also lower.
