Mechanical properties: DX51D has lower yield strength and tensile strength, but higher elongation; DC51D has higher yield strength and tensile strength, and is suitable for occasions with higher loads and stresses.
Surface treatment: DX51D is usually galvanized to improve corrosion resistance; DC51D may use other surface treatment methods such as painting or spraying.
