Qatari Customers Visit GNEE STEEL Galvanized Steel Grating Production Line, Acknowledging the Strength of Chinese Manufacturing
Recently, a delegation of customers from Qatar visited GNEE STEEL to conduct an on-site inspection, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's galvanized steel grating production process, quality standards, and export capabilities. This visit not only demonstrates the customers' high level of trust in Chinese manufacturing but also marks a substantial step forward in the cooperative relationship between the two parties.
Accompanied by the company's professional foreign trade personnel, the customers toured the sample showroom and production workshop, learning in detail about the structure and applications of welded steel grating, press-locked grating, and stair treads. Technical personnel focused on explaining the hot-dip galvanizing process, emphasizing that every step, from raw material selection and weld strength testing to galvanized layer thickness inspection, strictly adheres to ISO standards.
The client was deeply impressed by the corrosion resistance and surface treatment of our steel gratings, praising the product quality for fully meeting the engineering and construction standards of Qatar and the GCC region. In particular, for the local high-temperature, high-salt-spray climate, our Z275 zinc coating (275g/m² zinc layer) process effectively enhances the product's service life and weather resistance.
