What is DX52D+ZM Steel?
DX52D+ZM steel is a high-formability cold-rolled steel grade coated with a zinc-aluminum-magnesium (Zn-Al-Mg) alloy coating, produced in accordance with EN 10346 standard. It is designed for applications requiring both excellent forming performance and superior corrosion resistance, especially in outdoor and structural environments.

Coating Performance Laboratory Test (Zn-Al-Mg vs GI)
1. Neutral Salt Spray Test (NSS)
This test compares the cutting-edge corrosion resistance of GI sheet and Zinc-Al-Mg coated steel.
The results show that Zn-Al-Mg steel achieves significantly longer red rust resistance time, reaching up to 3300 hours, which is approximately 20 times higher than conventional galvanized steel under the same conditions.
