The 750KV dry-type transformer uses glass fiber and other insulating materials to safely isolate the power distribution system from all flammable factors. This allows the epoxy dry-type transformer to work properly at high temperatures.
Cast resin dry-type transformers are used in indoor and outdoor applications. In these transformers, the primary and secondary windings are completely encapsulated in epoxy, which prevents moisture from penetrating into the windings. Casting resins provide very good protection against harsh environmental conditions. These transformers can operate in 100% humidity without interruption of service. Due to the use of high-grade insulation materials, the coils do not absorb moisture, so even if there is a long power outage, the transformer can be put into use directly without pre-drying. Contrary to conventional dry-type transformers, cast coil transformers are better in terms of surge voltage withstand strength.

Dry type cast resin distribution transformer epoxy cast dry-type transformer is a kind of dry-type transformer with high mechanical strength, electrical strength and heat resistance, which is made of F-grade epoxy resin mixture with filler. After filling the empty film and degassing, under vacuum and pressure, the inner and outer surfaces of thin-layer cast are placed on the high and low voltage coils reinforced by glass wire forming net.
