CR180IF cold-rolled automotive steel sheet is mainly used in automotive body panels, automotive chassis, automotive engine hoods, automotive doors and other parts. In addition, it is also widely used in home appliances, construction and machinery.
CR180IF Automotive steel sheet has good formability, which is mainly reflected in two aspects: hot forming and cold forming. In terms of hot forming, it can be hot-pressed by heating to a high temperature of 900-1100℃, and quenched to improve mechanical properties. In terms of cold forming, it can be cold-rolled by continuous annealing process. After proper surface treatment and coating technology, CR180IF cold-rolled steel sheet can effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media in the environment and extend the service life of the product.
