AZ150 Galvalume Steel Coil is composed of an aluminum-zinc alloy structure. It is made of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at a high temperature of 600℃.
AZ150 Galvalume Steel Coil has strong corrosion resistance, which is mainly due to the protective function of aluminum. According to standard requirements, Az150 Galvalume Steel Coil can maintain the same amount of zinc in the oil fume corrosion resistance test of more than 7500 hours to ensure the efficient protection performance of the metal surface.
AZ150 aluminum-zinc alloy steel coil has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius. It is often used in chimney pipes, ovens, lighting and fluorescent lamp covers.
AZ150 Galvalume Steel Coil has a high thermal reflectivity, which is twice that of galvanized steel sheets, and is often used as a heat insulation material. Since the density of 55% aluminum-zinc is lower than that of zinc, the area of AZ150 Galvalume Coil is more than 3% larger than that of galvanized steel coil under the same weight and coating thickness.
