S550GD+AZ150 aluminum-zinc coated steel coil is a composite material obtained by hot-dip coating a layer of aluminum-zinc alloy coating on the surface of high-strength cold-rolled steel plate. The alloy coating is solidified at 600℃ by 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon to form a dense quaternary crystal structure.
S550GD+AZ150 aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel coil can form a dense oxide film to effectively prevent corrosion of the base metal. The aluminum in the coating acts as a barrier, while the zinc plays an electrochemical protective role. S550GD+AZ150 steel coil shows better corrosion resistance in marine environment, industrial atmosphere and humid environment.
