The production process of DX54D+AZ galvanized steel coil mainly includes hot rolling, cold rolling, galvanizing and alloying.
DX54D+AZ galvanized coil has a unique smooth, flat and gorgeous star pattern on its surface, and its base color is silver-white. The special coating structure gives it excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of galvanized steel sheet can reach 25 years, and it has good heat resistance and can be used in a high temperature environment of 315℃; the coating has good adhesion to the paint film. It is widely used in the automotive manufacturing industry, mainly including body panels, structural parts and interior parts.
