Products Description
The surface of ASTM A792 galvanized steel coil presents a unique smooth, flat and gorgeous starlight, and the basic color is silver-white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance and can be used in a high temperature environment of 315℃; the coating has good adhesion to the paint film. Among them, iron is the main component of the matrix, aluminum and zinc are alloy elements, the aluminum content is usually between 0.015-0.020%, and the zinc content is not less than 55%.
The quality grade of ASTM A792 standard coating is divided into six grades: AZ150, AZ140, AZ125, AZ120, AZ110, and AZ100 according to the thickness, solvent infiltration test, electric contact angle test and other properties. Among them, AZ150 means that the weight of the coating on the surface of the steel plate reaches 150 grams/square meter.
ASTM A792 galvanized steel coil has a wide range of applications in the construction field, such as roofs, walls, ventilation ducts, etc.
