Colour-coated steel coils are made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel sheets, electro-galvanized steel sheets, etc. as substrates. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or several layers of organic coatings are applied on the surface, and then the surface is cured by baking.
It is named after the colored steel coils coated with organic coatings of various colors, and is referred to as color-coated coils.
