Adjust Process Parameters: Optimize cutting speed and feed rate to avoid excessive frictional heat generated by high speeds, which can cause the coating to melt and produce sticky particles.

Employ "Dust-Free" or Low-Dust Technologies:

Wet Machining: Spraying coolant or water onto the cutting or grinding areas effectively suppresses dust. This is a very effective method, but subsequent wastewater treatment and workpiece rust prevention (prompt drying) must be considered.

Vacuum Adsorption Tools: Use specialized cutting machines, drills, or hand tools with integrated dust suction ports to directly capture dust at the point of generation.

System: Connected to a central dust collection system or a portable industrial vacuum cleaner via ductwork.

Requirements: The dust hood should be as close as possible to the dust source, and the airflow velocity should be sufficient (generally recommended to be above 0.5-1.0 m/s) to ensure that dust is sucked into the system as soon as it is generated.

Portable Industrial Vacuum Cleaner:

Suitable for workshops with dispersed, non-fixed dust generation points or smaller scale.

Key Selection: Explosion-proof (ATEX certified) industrial vacuum cleaners must be selected. This is because color coating dust is flammable and poses an explosion risk.

Prevent dust cloud formation: A good dust removal system is fundamental. Promptly clean accumulated dust from equipment, pipes, beams, roofs, etc., to prevent disturbance and the formation of explosive dust clouds.
