The theoretical density of silicon steel is 7.85kg/dm3
Silicon alloy steel containing 1.0 to 4.5% silicon and less than 0.08% carbon is called silicon steel. It has the characteristics of high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and large resistivity, so the hysteresis loss and eddy current loss are small. Mainly used as magnetic materials in motors, transformers, electrical appliances and electrical instruments.
According to GB/T 2521, the theoretical density of 35w300 is 7.65g/cm3.
What are the models and parameters of silicon steel sheets?
Oriented silicon steel sheets are basically 0.3 120 and 130 grades are more commonly used. The lower grades are the 145 and 155 grades of the 0.35 series. The higher ones are 110, 100, 105 with a thickness of 0.27. The higher ones are 085, 080 with a thickness of 0.23 and so on. In terms of performance, it is divided into high magnetic induction and low ordinary oriented steel.
Non-oriented silicon steel is basically 0.5 thick, followed by 0.35 and 0.65. Divided into high, medium and low grades. The high grade is the grade above 470 (the thickness is basically 0.35 and 0.5), and the medium grade is the 470 grade (the thickness is basically 0.5). The low grades are 600-1300 grades (the thickness is basically 0.5 and 0.65). In addition, there used to be 1600 grades, but now they are rare.
