This 100kva dry-type transformer will be sent to South Africa. High voltage 0.4 kV, low voltage 0.19 kV. This is a VPI transformer, a new construction concept suitable for installations requiring special attention to the environment and the use of minimal flammable materials.
This transformer uses minimal flammable materials as insulation for the windings. The windings of a transformer are constructed from continuous sheets of foil or strip. But for higher voltages, depending on the power level of the voltage, the winding consists of disks connected in series or in parallel. The winding insulation is made of h-grade polyester resin and is impregnated without gaps. The primary winding and secondary winding with iron core are tightly bundled in the vacuum protection box. High moisture protection, unaffected by moisture.
1. Core Lamination:
The magnetic core is made of high-quality steel and has excellent magnetic conductivity. The joints are processed at a 45° angle, resulting in low loss and low noise.
2. Winding manufacturing
The winding structure is pie-type, which can effectively control the field strength. Together with the NOMEX paper used, this ensures very low partial discharge. The membrane adopts high-tech vacuum pressure impregnation process, high temperature curing, dustproof and moisture-proof.
