Is There Any Way To Prevent Steel From Sticking To Zinc?

I believe that colleagues in the hot-dip galvanizing industry have been looking forward to this idea for a long time. Some people with lofty ideals have also thought hard about it, tried it, and done a lot of work.

Many colleagues say that we hope there is any way to prevent plating leakage from the rack? Normally, products often suffer from plating leakage, so if the hanger can also miss plating, wouldn't it save a lot of zinc if there is no zinc stuck to the hanger?

At present, there are various ideas and practices in the industry, but there are more or less problems, such as changing the material, but it does not mean that zinc is not stained, it is just how much, but the material cost remains high. It is also possible to achieve the purpose of not sticking to zinc by compositing other materials, but due to the small cross-section of the hanger, the resistance to falling off is not good.

Through our attempts, we believe that composite coating is more suitable for future testing directions.

At present, the test of our "Yu Zinc No. 2" ultra-fine non-metallic high-temperature glue can achieve the function of non-stick zinc. The test on the inner wall of high-temperature cast iron zinc pot has lasted for more than two months, breaking the original one-month lifespan record. However, the construction performance and anti-shedding performance still need to be optimized and tested. In particular, it is necessary to test the destructive performance and mechanism of the adhesion of zinc slag in the state of zinc slag. At the same time, optimization should be made in terms of application cost and application conditions.
